Who we are

DMIT Solutions is a trading name of Danny McKenna, a sole trader based in Newry, Northern Ireland. These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover any project we may go on to deliver for you — that is governed by the separate written agreement for that work.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, link to and share this site. The design, code, written content and branding are owned by us. Client names, logos and project imagery shown in case studies remain the property of the businesses concerned.

Please do not copy substantial parts of the site, or present our work as your own.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Any quotation or estimate becomes binding only when set out in a written agreement we both accept.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or always available. Case studies describe work we carried out; they are not a promise of any particular result on another project.

Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction.
